He’s a cyber security analyst in a low cost of living city and state. Three bedroom homes can go for under $200k. He may just be a penny pincher — he seems unbothered about his living situation.
I think so, he’s a bachelor and many guys still live like they did in college until they get that partner who gives them a glow-up, and then they start realizing real bookshelves wouldn’t be a bad thing, and matching silverware isn’t a waste. And his mom is probably just happy to have a roof over her head… It doesn’t look like he came from money, so maybe to him, that apartment IS nice compared to what his mom raised him in…I mean she’s pretty hair living in a walk in closet, that’s says a lot.
When I married my late husband who was an electrical engineer, he told me if it was just him he would had been just fine with plastic milk boxes as bookshelves and a broken down old couch when he was a bachelor. He was making great money and ate off a wobbly card table. He was very happy to change things up when we got married and get furniture made out of wood lol
he has to make a decent living to be able to eligible to bring over on the k1.
Yes, he has to make a whole $24.650 to bring her in 2023 (unless either of htem have children they fo9rgot to menti9on to us)
He makes plenty, he’s just cheap.
I’m sure he has plenty and orally thought getting a small apartment would save him from his hoarder mom (“sorry, no space.”), but she was happy to sleep in the closet in order to take advantage of him. My guess is she can’t maintain housing/was evicted due to hoarding.
He’s living within his means. This would be fine for a single guy, living alone.
the least he can do is have all the monitors the same height and on an arm.
He’s not an engineer. Depends on the city but I doubt he’s six figures at that point. 60-80k would be a salary guess. Probably less than
His lifestyle is like Gino’s. And he may be careful w money since his mother obviously wasnt.
Well, I would say if he has that kind of gaming equipment, then he definitely has more money than he says he does but my question is, is if this is a one bedroom apartment he must have this desk in his room or he’s in a two bedroom apartment and makes his mother sleep in a closet. This guy is ridiculous and I can tell you right now his girlfriend is not gonna like his place at all, from the pets to the Mom everything and anything she is not gonna like.
In the preview it looked like a house or something maybe he moved
I thought they said it is a 1 br but then the question is is she sleeping in his bedroom closet?
Yes, they said it was a one bedroom and then they showed his big gaming table but I didn’t see any bed so what room is his gaming table in 🤷♀️ and I believe the closet looks like it’s off the living room, I don’t think it’s in his bedroom.
The engineers and devs I know are insane penny pinchers. Like schools already paid off but they live like they’re broke. My boyfriend and I often wonder why these specific friends act like this 😂 I mean we make less and probably spend more but our savings are good too. It’s just a weird bro archetype.
Yea people in cyber security make good money
Look up the average pay for a Cyber security analyst in Kentucky and that was $34.14 with at least 3 years of experience. Apartments are cheaper in Kentucky a luxury 2 bedroom apartment costs you between 1500 to 1800 and a nice 2 bedroom house is roughly around 200k. The thing that sucks is Kentucky’s minimum wage is still $7.25, which explains why his mom w/her bad spending habits and hoarder is taking so long to get back on her feet.
He’s like the typical Reddit geek, basically. IT/programming type of job that pays, pathetic life and a “sweet setup.” He’s probably on one of the geek subs nerding out over gamer chairs, gamer headphones and gamer computers right this second.
Sorry not sorry to the geeks here, if you’re one.
Jfc I’m glad I married someone who is also a pc gamer. Some people out there get so triggered and bitchy when their partner spends time on their computers.
Bruh is a cyber security analyst, he’s got enough to not have mom sleeping in a closet. 🤣🤣
Exactly! Base is $100k
I think he doesn’t want to make her tooooo comfortable, she needs motivation to leave but seems like she’s settled right into that closet 😂😂
Years ago my dad asked me if he could move in with us until he could find a place “just for 6 months” that was 14 years ago!!! He NEVER left. 😩 nightmare stuff
The closet looked really cozy ngl.
Ngl. I noticed that he probably spends so much time glued to his computer that his headphones gave him a dent on his head. You see it in certain angles when he turns his head
Yes, happens to me all the time working remote and proceeding to game after work.
Those apartments are shitty, too. That place has roaches even in the pool area
Whaaaat?
Okay but In the preview it looked like a house lol
LMAOOOO ewww
I’m under the impression that he was sort of forced into the situation of his mom moving in. She’s obviously mentally ill and taking advantage. I had a friend in that situation. She had her parents house sit for her and when she got back they told her they weren’t leaving and slept on her couch for 2 years. She didn’t have it in her to make them leave.
How do I become a cybersecurity engineer
