Those don’t even look like anything special. And the location is amazing but also probably $$$$ to insure.

If I’m spending the equivalent of the price of a whole damn house in rent per year I better at least have the kind of house where you host all the family holidays.

    Bro they’re on a very very famous beach where it’s warm year round and doesn’t rain. Venice is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in LA.

      Hey people need housing but they don’t need to live there. I’m not complaining. I was just amazed people would pay that much for rent.

      Plus I live in Florida. Warm all year is not a plus to me lol.

        That poster is underselling it. Its basically around 70 degrees all year which is different than being 80 degrees all year or 90 degrees all year.

          I wish 90 was the highest. 70 sounds much better for sure. But honestly I want seasons and some actual cold weather for part of the year. I’m moving up north before that stops being a thing.

          I know “warm all year” is what most people want though.

      Lol I went to Venice high school and it would get really cold and rain during the fall/winter. It also hailed once so I wouldn’t say it’s warm year round.
