Those don’t even look like anything special. And the location is amazing but also probably $$$$ to insure.
If I’m spending the equivalent of the price of a whole damn house in rent per year I better at least have the kind of house where you host all the family holidays.
The brown one would be $18,000 a month location only and not inhabitable it’s so old
The other is $36,000.
But I think they’re in Venice and that’s not super desirable right now… either way out of price range for this man who is paying max $800-1200 for his current rental
Venice is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in LA and super desirable. I don’t know why beyond the ocean- I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been followed and harassed by homeless people there. It’s so fucking scary at night.
