I guess he figures she can call him anything she likes as long as she sends money and pays for his surgeries. I don’t know why she couldn’t just call him “Iggy” but needed to rename him like a rescue dog. TBH today I realized that it seems like Nikki was 30 and he was 18 when they got together the first time, which strikes me as Nikki being a sex tourist who tried to get a cute young boy to marry her and move back to the US. I think the trans thing was just the straw that broke the camels back as far as red flags with Nikki, he never lived her and just saw her as a meal ticket.
