I dunno about mini toupee - but I can safely say big douche.
I hate both of them. I don’t find him attractive at all, especially his hair and eyes. That would be funny if the front is a mini toupee! But WHY would anyone purposely wear that hairstyle if they didn’t have to? I always figured he had a cowlick in the front that forced that style. It’s awful.
