My parents live on the beach in Florida and need to pay $15k every few years for sand restoration. The sand erodes from the beach and they need to pump it from the middle of the ocean back to the beach. Also, all of their cars and outdoor things (windows, door knobs, outdoor furniture) gets ruined from the salt air.

I’d love to see what kind of job he gets. I just can’t imagine him holding down a real job.
