Just rewatched Omniman murder The Guardians and was honestly surprised how well they did against him. Had they known before hand that he was a threat, I think they would have had an actual shot at taking him down but by catching them by surprise and shock, he threw them off and was able to pick them off one by one. Green Ghost was the kill that really turned the tides imo. Had she not gone solid, I think she could have played a very strategic role in subduing him so the others could have taken him down. War Woman and The Immortal were doing some real damage to him at the end and even Red Rush got some really good hits in before his skull got crushed. Am I wrong though? Did Omniman fake how severe his injuries were in order to keep up the illusion that he wasn’t responsible for the fall of The Guardians or did he almost beef it?

I’m my opinion, he wasn’t faking his injuries, if he had his way, he would have preferred for no one to know he was there

Omni-man is much stronger than Immortal, but hold him down and give Immortal a couple of swings and it’s still gonna hurt like hell.

    Nolan wasn’t faking.

I appreciate it was more one sided in the comics as I understand it, but they could have won in the show I think. Red Rush was silly and just needed to play defence, keeping everyone alive, rest could have tied up Omniman and beaten him.

Yeah and I dont even think they began using lethal force on him until 3 of them were dead, they suspected he was being mind controlled or something of that nature
