90 day fiance is a dysfunctional playground of domestic abusers, narcissists, sociopaths, compulsive liars, scammers, sugar daddies, fame whores, and addicts/alcoholics. Did I miss anyone? Holly is overmedicated and acts like she is on acid or mushrooms. Danielle created the Yohan monster and is a huge nag. No man likes a nag. I lost respect for Danielle when she said any woman would die to be in her shoes because Yohan is a gorgeous God. Danielle expects a healthy marriage, but she marries Yohan because he is hot. Both Sarper and Shekinah are obsessed with physical attractiveness. What if either got into an accident that damaged his or her face? Since Kimberly is in India permanently, doesn’t she have to renounce her US citizenship? I wondered this about Jenny too.
I believe Jenny has dual citizenship, and Kimberly probably does as well
Residency and citizenship are different things. It often takes substantial amount of time to become citizen of another country (meaning you will hold or have the right to hold a passport).

FYI You can obtain residency without applying for citizenship. Kimberly would not have to give up US citizenship to become a permanent resident of another country.
I don’t know if Kimberly has obtained residency or if she’s there under some other visa. I don’t know anything about laws in India, but not all countries are super strict about their visas. For example, I’m a US citizen with residency in a foreign country, but plenty of people I meet here are living here on a tourist visa. The only penalty for overstaying is a fine, and they’ll let you right back in the next time you want to come.
