Marvel Entertainment Studios talked about establishing the MCU as far back as 2006, Marvels ultimate universe first issue was in 2000 and Furry made his debut in that series in 2002.
Disney didn’t acquire rights to Marvel and most characters until 2009. White Nick Furry is from a different Marvel comic series (ie different Universe)
