Kregg wasn’t fighting just there for clean-up, Nolan clearly proved he’s at least on another level compared to the Viltrumite they sent and is more vested in the fight to save his wife, her people, and his sons, and Mark is used to getting his shit kicked in so it was a day that ends in y for him.

Exactly. It’s important to keep in mind the way that the others were referring to Nolan when they showed up. Aside from the fact that he’s a traitor, they were speaking his name with a good deal of reverence. Nolan is not just some rank and file dude from the Empire.

Yeah,they probably were there for the purge shown in S1E7 but since then I doubt a lot of them had more practice.
Go easy. There are like only 50 viltrumites in the universe left. The number issue won’t resolve itself until later after the main Viltrumite uses those bugs to breed an army. Y’know an army to take revenge on the galaxy - after Nolan becomes top dog. Cuz Nolan is actually the assassinated Viltrumite emperor’s heir. Remember? Then he dies? And Mark becomes emperor? Member?
Anyhow there were 3 viltrumite soldiers on that planet and they didn’t gang up on Nolan.
