In a similar vein to the question posted earlier today, I wanted to know what book reco would you see as a huge green flag when dating, and why?

My answer: Lonesome Dove

Why: It delves into themes of friendship, loyalty, and the complexities of human relationships. If they like the book it tells me they have an understanding of the nuanced dynamics that make human connections meaningful.

Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson, Pizza Delivery Ninja Hacker. It’s a weird book, but it’s my kind of weird.

Ha! I said the same thing.

10/10 would swipe right on your profile.

I’m seriously surprised by how many people have NOT read it. Such a great book.

I couldn’t name this book, the choice is impossible. I just typed “Neal Stephenson” as my answer. I adore his work and devoir it all, I’ve read a few of them in a single day.

Yes! Have you read the two “Steven Bury” books?

He’s great in person, too. I’ve spoken to him a fair bit at parties and stuff.
