So basically like Why did Omni man not wait For like 100 years or until Debbie died. He stated many times viltrumites live super long. So why not just wait And let mark grow up and then slowly make him come to your side after Debbie is dead??

He went to see if he can make super Babies, he made a super baby so what’s the point in waiting.
If he did wait it would contradict his narrative that he’s a ruthless killing machine. Like why would he wait a hundred years so his pet feels less hurt

Nolan since Mark got his powers has been incredibly emotional.
He seemed content to wait and given his stance he definitely feels to a degree that it would’ve been better if Mark never had powers.
So the odds are if he didn’t get them he would’ve waited until they both passed and then conquered the planet when no one he cared about was still alive.
He is no longer fully committed to his Viltrumite way and spent Season 1 trying to convince himself that he was still true to his ways. A true Viltrumite would’ve killed Mark, conquered Earth and had another kid. He fact that he couldn’t do that proved his suspicions right which caused him to fleee instead.

Agree. I think one of the most overlooked scene of season 1 was when mark told his parents he got his power.

Mark wouldn’t even join his side as a teenager. If he had lived a superhero life for decades, it would’ve been basically impossible to get him to switch sides.
