    I think a more interesting question is how the current dynamic between Debbie and Cecil affects Oliver’s story. Iirc the tutor was provided by Cecil as she had experience working with super powered children.

    But show Debbie just finished rebuking Cecil’s aid as a show of self reliance. Does this mean Debbie will raise Oliver on her own? Does she find someone else?

    Probably grey griffin. I don’t think the tutor was even close to being a big enough character to warrant her getting a unique voice actress

    Not a very important character + they can say that they got in touch with her when Mark was younger, so Debbie contacted her again.
