I mean. He’s not evil… just a little bit dumb. He’s super silly and well. The most “in his animal” character. Mr peanutbutter is a good boy. He Always stayed loyal to bojack. I love his friendship with Todd. He’s super funny. I know he did bad things and all but i just cant Hate him.
People go on and on about how he’s isn’t a good person and is any character in the show aside from maybe Todd good? It’s the whole point of the show

Fr that dismissal is annoying. Todd caused more pain and misery than 1000 Bojacks put together and people need to deal with that.
Especially considering the show makes it very clear your intentions don’t matter- unless you’re Todd for some reason
