Yes but the reason is pretty stupid and complicated. It’s the same reason why they don’t get cold from flying through the clouds or burn up on impact when reentering from space. The episode where omniman teach Mark to fly. Remember how he talks about being able to freely move off of air and space. Viltrumites don’t fly by overcoming gravity, but by removing themselves from it entirely, they move the space around them, the same way Aquaman swims in water. In that space the force of this ability creates cavitation, like a forcefield, that cuts through the space around it. So that would, relatively, keep food being delivered roughly the same temperature(and possibly balance) as when it began cavitating.
Yes Omni-man’s ass is extremely adaptable he can fit anything inside of it and it maintains a constant temperature.
He could definitely move fast enough, the question is whether or not his speed would cool the pizza down. If he puts it in a box maybe, but it’s still not air tight and when he flies higher up the air gets colder. I’m not a scientist so I can’t come up with a realistic scenario here but idk someone else might be able to figure this out, would the pizza stay hot if it was in a pizza box?

Well, when air passes by something, it creates friction. Friction in turn causes heat to happen. I assume that at the speed and distance he is flying when getting the pizza, the friction of the air is enough to keep it hot

Yes. Because it’s a cartoon/comic and the space alien flying around the world can do that.
Also, similar to baking, you won’t leech all heat from something by moving VERY fast for a few seconds.
I say similar to baking to illustrate you won’t get cookies faster by baking them at 10000 degrees
