Tbh omni man is the one who held back against mark, he could’ve killed him pretty quickly, we saw how fast he packs up other viltrumites and mark was even weaker back then. He only started really hitting him when they got to mt everest

They can all do that, remember the fight scene on viltrum from season 1? They were all tearing each other apart in only a few hits. And they don’t trust each other, they don’t care about each other or love the others, and if one of them does do that to the other they’ll take it as a good thing because it made them stronger

What rlly bothered me was mark grunting when he held the pillar that fell, that should’ve been super light for him

Eve didn’t cheat on him, he was basically dead for 5 years and she waited 4

My advice is to read the comic from chapter one and keep going until you get to where it ends at the show. Then you can stop there knowing you’d rather wait for the show, or you can keep reading knowing it’s worth it

Damn mark actually managed to hold his own for a few minutes in the show, all he did in the comics was get his ass beat😭 I’m also glad they made mark more pissed off at his dad, it makes more sense for the show, in the comics I understand why he could move on from it quicker because it wasn’t nearly as brutal but all the shit that happened in the show…of course mark is mad. I like that we got to see mark be a little more brutal and kinda let go for a bit, it’s a good way of showing how much he holds back, and preparing audiences for “I thought you were stronger”

Definitely not a comedy it gets pretty fucked up in the comics and assuming that all gets adapted you’re in for a dark show, even from season 1

Can’t wait to see that animated in 10 years
