Huh, if I could pick another book to be huge after Harry Potter it’d have to be completely different. Something crazy like a girl with no magic that’s really good at something like archery. Maybe forced by a dystopian government to fight other kids for the masses.

I really enjoyed the Time Loopers anthology by David Hambling and a few other authors. Mind you, it combines time travel with the Cthulhu Mythos.
I really enjoyed it but understand why the movie was an improvement over the book. John Hammond as misguided huckster is a lot more compelling character than John Hammond corrupt corporate despot. I admit, though, for about a decade, I used to identify this as my all time favorite book.
To be fair, the civilian on the side pointed out that if she can get their homes back now, she doesn’t care about the how.
I mean, questionable is the bread and butter of Invincible.
That seems ripe for a Godwin’s Law break.
