That’s relative to ambers perspective though isn’t it?
That’s like saying the guardians of the globe nearly beating Nolan is making him look weak.
Mark barely stood a chance. He nearly died
That’s not really relevant because that’s not what happened and you’ve no way of knowing if mark wouldn’t have dated if Eve was missing
Well eve isn’t acting out of character, marknisnt being written like he can’t fight threats that are lesser then the shit he’s faced before, they’re not gonna kill off spawn by pulling a ms marvel incident, and mark and Eve are still married.
So the rational people will get that it’s different
It’s his first step to realizing being a hero ain’t worth it.
You might even say it’s bullshit
Probably during the sequids invasion
In the comic he was shocked.
In the show? He sounded like a klansmen that saw an interracial couple
That the mainstream universe or some Renew your vows shit?
We got Spider-Man.
Beat that mars!
She’s literally got an episode named and dedicated to her, has a constant presence in most episodes, and is still a close friend of mark.
She was standing over a freeway
Ah. That’s fair.
But counterpoint: the writers could be using that as a way to empathize the arc of this season. He doesn’t want to be like his dad and he clearly has issues with murder. Which is why so many people think the season will end with marks fight with Levy.
I think it’s a fair trade off
The point of an adaption is to adapt the story and add to it though. So mark actually landing some hits ain’t a bad thing when you consider the fact that the show has to keep the action going
Brain damage from his wounds? Arrogance?
I think it’s the latter.
I love how juicy their fights are
They could acknowledge it in episode 5
Mark, eve, and Allen.
