The show does some things better than the comic. The comic does some things better than the show.

Nothing has been so bad to warrant me disliking either.

Imo it works better for progression if he barely kept up and was bailed out by his dad last second like in the comic. Really makes the fight feel desperate and brutal.

Yeah, I’ve loved the show so far and the adaption has been great, but the source material is just better for this whole arc.

Really bummed they didn’t really touch on the Thraxan culture and why it was so different for Nolan compared to Earth. Also the fight somewhat suffered from not having the resolution come before. It makes Mark crying out “help” far more powerful as the culmination of the fight.

He broke the rule of the group first by revealing who his partner was.

Its really not fair to make Debby pay for the consequences. The anonymity was for a reason.
