I mean we’ve seen what mark can do when he gets serious. He annihilated the mercenaries hired by machine head once he got angry(until battle beast clobbered him) and he beat up the flaxans once he got pissed.

Different universe different rules. Besides we already saw difference between mark holding back and actually getting serious back in season 1 when he got jumped while fighting machine head. Homie went from getting dominated to dominating in two seconds.

Pretty good ep, definitely better than the comic tbh. I liked how mark was extremely reluctant and emtonial throughout the episode and Nolan’s fight scene was great. Couple problems though, while I liked the Debbie and eve sections of ep(especially Debbie’s) I hated how it cut in and out the Viltrumite blood brawl. And speaking of said brawl it felt a bit off like slightly lackluster in comparison to nolan fighting immortal along with a bit of the animation for said brawl. Other then that it was definitely the best ep in the season so far
