Such ugly comments here (like usual). You are entitled to comment on what was happening on a season. Outside of that and after the season is over, you are not entitled to anyone’s anything because she appeared on a show you take too seriously. I swear, the people here are way worse than anything a cast member of this show does. She shouldn’t have to put out a statement asking people to be decent humans. It is incredibly gross that people say “if she didn’t want to be harassed, she shouldn’t have gone on a highly produced reality show about moving to her husband’s country.” Do you realize how disgusting you sound?! Get a grip.

1·11 months agoAgreed. It’s unbelievable the rampant misogyny in so many of these comments about Kalani. Especially when you consider that Asuelu has admitted that the demise of their marriage is all of his fault. He said “I know everything that’s happened, it’s all my fault. But it’s hard for me to listen to. And I can’t do anything.” Kalani even thanked him for the effort he put in with the kids at the retreat and said that she hoped that it would last. This is a man who has done the bare minimum as a husband and a father. He admitted to cheating multiple times including when she was pregnant. He was even called a sex addict. Yet, this sub hurls vile insults about women. I had to stop viewing it. I imagine it’s a place where people tell their deepest hatred for women especially women of color who are overweight. Her body and the fact she is a woman seems to be the crux of why she is hated. The man admitted to everything she has said he’s done to her!
I don’t think I’m glorifying or elevating her by saying she reminds me of alanis. If you don’t see it fine but it’s not that deep.

I think she’s pretty. I think the eyebrows and lip filler is too much but she is very pretty and probably more so before the cosmetic procedures. This is young alanis. I think she looks a lot like her.
