Her situation overall (gaslighting, narc husband) is similar to my practice marriage. It was hell, brutal and painful. At least she has a voice and isn’t afraid to speak up. I kept quiet until I couldn’t take it anymore and left (when it got physical with myself and him pushing our 3yo.) Sure, screaming at the top of your lungs doesn’t work and makes you look psychotic, but that’s what they want to happen.
