people will hate any woman character with flaws. there are people in another thread currently blaming Hollyhock, a child, for multiple problems that are Bojack’s. not to mention the people who hate Penny lol

I can’t imagine there’s anyone who hates Diane that’s a better person than her. She’s got major flaws but she also sacrificed her well being to help refugees, subjected herself to public criticism and death threats to stand up for rape victims, wrote books that helped thousands of people, and was the most essential person to both Bojack’s and PB’s growth.

Everyone fucks up along the way, especially people from broken homes, but probably no one on this subreddit hating on Diane can claim to have done more to help people than her.
