I mean he mentioned in the first episode where they were introduced that he liked her because she had more meat on her bones and was more athletic compared to the Korean women he had been around/knew. So I would think the piggy nickname is related to her weight based on that.

I’m not a fan of her, but at least she’s trying. I hate the couples where neither one speaks the other person’s language and just rely on their phones to communicate. Hopefully her Spanish will improve over time; I imagine living with someone who only speaks Spanish will greatly improve her pronunciation as well.

Yeah, when she mentioned how little she really knew about him and how he lives day to day I was lowkey surprised. Haven’t they known each for ~10 years? And they were engaged before.
