Yes! If I love the book I’ll buy it. Or if I love the first book or two of a series I’ll buy the series for my shelf!

The Priory of the Orange Tree, the Gunslinger

The House of the Seven Gables by Nathaniel Hawthorne. I visited the property while traveling to Salem, loved the tour, and thought I would read it - don’t bother. I get that it’s a classic but it wasn’t enjoyable to read.

I have to agree with the 50 shades and Ask Alice trend. I will also add Den of Vipers and Hide by K. White
