I talked to Ryan Ottley when I met him at Supercon over the summer and got to ask him if Spidey would be in this season and he told me there was zero chance.
In a good world, but seeing this now would mean Disney got involved which would spell disaster
Even if it doesn’t it won’t change much for me because I like Spider-Man, but he’s overrated.
I assume this won’t happen, this one off was a marvel published issue.
It was Canon for invincible tho when he got lost in the multiverse
I feel like it is more likely that Invincible will do a cameo in a Spiderman show someday. It would be much, much easier for Kirkman to bite the bullet and let a Spiderman show have Mark for an episode than it would be to get Spiderman in Invincible.
It’s not totally unreasonable, We have had some teasers of this in the run up to season 2 (comic cover in teaser trailer etc.) and the voice cast does include a notable figure who has played the character before.
In all likelihood though I can easily see them pulling basically a knock off hero in his place if they still want to include that story.
There have also been some teases of an insane cameo. Idk if show fans would be excited for someone they don’t know like Brit or Tech Jacket. (Also, would tech jacket even show up anyway? I haven’t read the comics but heard he really only shows up in major events like the viltrumite war)

My copium dream is that they do the Spider-Man crossover, but with the Insomniac version
They’ll probably have an equivalent episode crossing Invincible over with The Boys or The Tick. Which Amazon does own the rights to.
Imagine Invincible in the Dragonball universe.
Get Josh Keaton to voice him if this happens
