“Don’t have your wedding while we are on vacation” = “They hate me”

“Are you allowed to work with your visa?” = “They hate me because I am not American”

“I found lipgloss in Gino’s car” = “He must be cheating as only a woman who is sleeping with Gino has lipgloss”

C’mon now - you’re not presenting that how it actually happened…the sister in law texted her and told her “don’t have the wedding xyz days cuz we will be in Florida”. While she might not have meant that in a rude way - the text was definitely rude. Coulda worded it much better.

She was not asked if she was allowed to work. She was asked “how will you contribute to being a productive American” - racist AF.

I think Jasmine is an absolute psychopath but actually agreed with her stance in regards to both of those things.

Maybe it could have been worded nicer, I edited it for comedic effect, but I think that seeing as she didn’t have a date yet she shouldn’t have jumped to the conclusion that she is “taking orders”, I have written messages like that when I am on the phone or doing something because I don’t want to forget.

As for the visa thing, again, I edited it for comedic effect. No, that wasn’t racist of them. A little confrontational and entitled but it is their country. Xenophobic perhaps?
