Okay. I see a lot of DESERVED Rob hate here but I can’t shake the feeling that there is something very wrong about him??

  1. Why does Sophie need to be “humbled” ??? Him saying that in one of the earlier episodes literally made my skin crawl… it’s not her fault she’s had opportunities via wealth? It’s not his fault that he did not? But why does she need to be “humbled” at the hands of him?

  2. “It’s like junk mail” oh yeah… because sending dirty spank-bank videos to women is totally like being Old Navy’s email list, I mean have you seen the ads for the 50% holiday sale? 😒

These are just two of the things that have unfortunately stuck out the most about their storyline but wow, I can’t help but feel… very uneasy when I see their storyline….

    YESSSSSS!!! I said the same!!! He’s an abusive piece of shit. I could tell episodes back when he flipped not on her as they walked his dog when she mentioned something he’d done had bothered her. That entire conversation was a red flag 🚩! He snapped on her till she remained silent & upset.

    Then tonight’s episode!!! I was floored at the cell phone video of him losing it on her in the car & THEN his instant manipulation when he walked into her B&B !!!

    I actually think TLC production probably got her that B&B to stay in for the night to keep her safe. HE IS NOT RIGHT IN THE HEAD!

    the humbled thing is basically him deflecting attention from his own failures. i.e., i’m not in the wrong for having an outhouse, you’re in the wrong for being so wealthy that you’re accustomed to indoor plumbing. so you need to be “humbled” to correct your expectations.

    it’s like preemptive gaslighting.

    Agreed. The scene in the car where he’s yell-crying, “I just want you!” made me think there was something wrong with him, too. Not just what he’s saying, but how he’s saying it. Just gets my hackles up

      This is why I agree with the comments that he’s potentially a narcissist. You can see it there when he’s not aware he is being filmed - it’s like all the things you should do and say, but…there’s like an emptiness to it. A hollowness. It’s terrifying to see in person.

      I sincerely hope she gets out soon because nobody deserves that and it will get worse once she’s married him.

    He’s a raging misogynist and he’s very insecure and feels inferior so he tries to belittle her. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was the type to be physically abusive, he’s got so much internal rage that is just waiting to explode.

    YES!!! Why would any person want the person they “love” to be humbled??? When you love something you want to protect it and give it the best you can. It’s almost like he got off on trying to show her he was going to make her live like this.

    He reminds me so much of an ex it is very creepy!!! It is like watching the relationship play out. Same sense of superiority. Similar looking too!! The cheating, chats and vids thing from other women. The way his eyes either dart around when he is lying or stay creepily still. I could go on and on 🤣 but i will not bore you all.

      SAME. It reminds me of how far I’ve come, but it hurts my heart that she’s still in that…abusive fog, for lack of a better term.

      I hope Sophie gets out soon (or already has).

    Hes just a creeper loser. He is/was grooming Sophie and had to basically trick a 19/20 year old girl to be with him. His crap wouldn’t fly with anyone closer to his age so he had to get a teenager from halfway around the world to accept his no bathroom having ass.

    He had no excuse last night and knew he was busted but wanted to hold onto Sophie because its all he got. As much as player talk he talks, there aint no way he is landing anything with his 2005 crossfire and 1 bed room garage he lives in. Maybe he can get some crack heads, but they probably be like nah the streets are better than this crap.
