Aneurysm or stroke would be okay. I never wish ill will on people, but this is a special case.

How can you tell they are angry? They are both so injected that their faces just remain in permanent shock.
You can see it in his eyes. He’s furious half the time he’s on screen. But good point. Maybe that’s why we can’t see her fear when he loses it. That or she’s clueless…
