This lawsuit will result in the same outcome as the previous ones.
It really seems like a lot of people have no idea how LLMs work.
Yeah people dont seem to understand the concept of legal precedent 😂😂💀
Nah, mate, I reckon this lawsuit might shake things up a bit. Can’t just brush it off like the previous ones. LLMs are powerful, but authors have rights too, ya know? Gotta find a balance, 'cause creativity shouldn’t be stolen. Let’s see how this pans out. Exciting times ahead! #CopyrightDrama

Why not? They don’t seem to present any new arguments.
It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.

Very true. A lot of anti-AI people are getting left behind. The courts won’t save them.
As they should be
Not even close to how llms work.
Except that’s literally not how it works. Like, at all.
Bruh, that isn’t even what plagiarism is. Nor is that even remotely close to how they work hahaha
I get why they’d be upset but this is just making A.I more useless.
As a software guy, I am curious about how this case is going to go. AI is surely a Wild West now, and models are becoming more and more into black boxes. How can they prove that the text was used in the training? Can prompt responses from an AI be taken as testimony in court? Interesting questions.
