And why is it “I’m a sad sad girl with a terrible dirty apartment”?
I good one is PC question Bojack about not telling her about Friends & Family day in rehab. Telling him she would’ve come.
That moment when Diane has her Abortion and PC is there as support. Such a genuine, bittersweet but beautiful moment between those two.
I’m really glad the writers didn’t go with the more obvious/cliche decision of making PC resent Diane due to her own fertility issues. There is a moment where she loses her temper but it’s obvious it was in the heat of the moment. The two don’t have that many moments together but the moments they do have are very strong.
PC convincing Diane to roll with Ivy Tran another great example
I forgot PC had the flare-up, and I get it from her p.o.v, but you are so right.
It’s a lot more obvious when you’re rewatching the abortion episode after watching the Ruthie arc, but she did throw in some condescending comments about how lucky she is to get a fetus of her own and she doesn’t want it.
BoJack’s monologue to Todd that convinced him to leave the Giggleship. It’s the realest he ever was with him.
…hell, even Copernicus was impressed. “Game recognize game”
Why do you have a boat?
Ummmm can’t remember
The face of depression was nice bojack introduced Maude to all about that ace, gave mr pb a crossover episode, cleaned Diane’s apartment while she was depressed and inspired pc to rehire Judah
Good Damage, when PC comforts Diane about her book of essays and tells her that she’d rather have her daughter live in a world with books like the ones she’s written.
She may not have turned in the essay she should have, but Ruthie is going to love binge reading those books when she grows old enough to read.
For me it’s when Boj and Mr. PB come across the museum displaying the old set and Boj offers to do a cross-over episode and PB is so thrilled he starts weeping, and someone says he’s the face of depression.
Weirdly, it’s when Bojack lies to his mother that she is not in an old home but back at the lake house in Michigan.
idk if thats a “friendship” moment but its the first that popped into my head so its probs my fav
Probably when Bojack told PC that she ‘Needs her own Princess Carolyn to take care of you’
Also I absolutely loved when Bojack told PC that she’d be a good mom.
When Bojack tells Diana about his rehab and pulls out the chip to show her. It’s a moment where he is at his most vulnerable and scared of seeking acceptance for his actions of trying to be better, and Diane affirms it by saying “I see it.” And it means the world to Bojack. That’s probably one of my favorite moments in the entire series, ngl.
When Bojack finally gave MPB his crossover episode
The moment where Bojack and Mr peanutbutter kiss to get fair since bojack kissed Diane. I think that’s the most passionate kiss bojack ever received in his life
The fight between Diane and Bojack at the premiere. You could tell Diane cared about Bojack’s well-being, wasn’t afraid to call him out and knew that he could only save himself so she knew she had to walk away
In the View from halfway down when Bojack says “how was your day” and Diane says “Good, my day was good.” It just showed how much Bojack cared about Diane
In the finale when Todd gets Bojack to walk to the beach because he knows Bojack will be uncomfortable. Then he has the hokey pokey speech, very nice final interaction we see between Todd and Bojack.
This moment really spoke to me, it’s clear he’s uncomfortable and Todd saves him from the environment. I’m okay most of the time but without booze or another friend I’ve been at parties where I start getting really awkward and full of anxiety and for someone to see and know that about you as a friend and help them readjust and take a breath is amazing.
The finale had such great friend moments between Bojack and the main 4.
Bojack, I’ve been out of prison for two minutes… What took you so long?
