If it were up to me, I’d have the show set in 2003 and crank the early naughts pop culture up to 11.

Well, I haven’t gotten very far in the comics at the moment. Yesterday, someone posted a few panels I haven’t seen yet where >!Eve is clinging to life and trying to talk after getting her lower jaw smashed off!< and that was the first time some of the gratuitous violence actually made me audibly gasp in real life.
So yeah, that one’s gonna be in my head for a while…
The way I see it, he’s “fat” in the same way the Kingpin (from Marvel) is “fat”; it’s mostly muscles and he has something of an old timey Strong Man build.
Even though he undoubtedly sounds like himself, he’s doing an amazing job at applying it via the voice acting.
When I listen to Allen talk, I just think Seth is really giving it 101%. He’s such great casting for the character.
I figured they did it because it would probably be more effective replacing some random Viltrum with an actual named character who may or may not come into play later on.
Imagine if he ripped someone in half in gory details in a Disney movie.
This is probably the best fan art I’ve come across on this entire sub. Everything, right down to the small details, is so masterfully crafted. I think you perfectly captured Mark and the physical space around him in a way that I firmly believe very few people could replicate. I nearly shed a tear just looking a this piece of art. Thank you, OP.
Ryan Ottley would be proud.
All I know is I’ve been pronouncing his name wrong all this time.
Without spoiling anything (but I’ll use spoiler tags anyway); in the latest trailer, >! there’s very brief snippets of a particular event that heavily implies that there’s a very good chance that we will see Prime Nolan again.!<
If anything, I’m surprised they did it so soon in the season.
For real. You’re speaking the truth. First of all, a 7/10 isn’t even a bad score (nor a “lower score” as OP puts it). And second, who cares if they didn’t like it as much as you did (not you specifically)? If you enjoy something, that’s ultimately what matters.
I’m already seeing people in this thread dismissing the review as just “rage bait” and “doing it for clicks.” I swear, it’s like people on the internet have a really hard time grasping the fact that other people can have different opinions than them.
IGN is such an easy target when it comes to this kind of stuff. It never fails to make me roll my eyes when a given fanbase/subreddit collectively shit on them for not giving a “good” review of a thing they like (but are quite jovial when they do review something positively).
