Late to the party but glad I read through the replies first. I was getting disappointed this wasn’t mentioned.
It’s not like she learned about it and decided to expose Hanky. She knew full well what he was accused of and only mentioned it in an off hand way in a list of others who did the same.
Why didn’t she go after him sooner? Why not the others in her list? Why did she try to change the subject and only started doing anything about it after the pushback she received? Because then it was personal.
