Yeah im very careful opening anything from this subreddit. I dont think I can last much longer before diving into the comics but its nice to enjoy the show with no prior knowledge of the universe.

Im so over live action everything when alot of stuff like this just works so much better with animation.I feel the same way with star wars, I finally watched clone wars in 2020 and animation just makes it easier to do the cool shit these universes lend themselves to and all the live action shows that came out after Mando 2 were just disappointing at best. I doubt Invincible would be half as good live action and alot of the time when they do those live action ones the people in charge want to change everything so they can leave their personal mark over making a good show

I loved it too but at the beginning I kinda thought I wouldnt because Seth Rogan annoys the hell outta me but hes not bad in this show so I got over that pretty quickly

Id have to say Rex.The more I rewatch these episodes the more he grows on me. I played a tiny bit of that Atom Eve game and it seems to have some of their back story together but I wanna see from earlier than that

Ive been so over pretty much TV in general same with movies,have only really been gaming the last few years since most shows and movies feel so half assed and shitty that I just stopped.I gave up on marvel after Endgame pretty much. I had heard Invincible was great but put it off for a long time since like I said I just wasnt watching anything really. About a month ago I said fuck it and checked out the first episode and ended up watching the whole season in one day. Its so amazing, that first watch kinda made me feel nostalgic for when I was a kid watching the 90s xmen cartoon you know only with the violence turned way up lol

Going to dive into the comics soon,was going to wait til after season two but knowing its split up and not knowing when the 2nd half airs I might have to sooner

A bit late but I love the scene where shes learning her powers and goes out riding that disc and learns to fly. Having Deceptacon by Le Tigre playing it was so badass. Always loved that song from hearing it in a skate video when I was young. The show uses so much good music

I kind of wanna wait til season 2 is done before diving in but hearing the season is split is making that wait a bit worse.

Its nice though for once to watch a comic show having no knowledge of the source material .

I Kinda want him to get executed similar to how the guardians were in the first episode. A bit extreme yes but fuuuuck that guy. Just not in front of Eve or anything like that she needs to catch a break already
