No way is she dead. Steve Harvey broke Nolan’s back while holding up his own intestines. All Thula has is the Viltrumite equivalent of a broken jaw.

The shipping between these two is gonna be insane when their friendship gets animated.
I feel like the comic doesn’t do enough to justify Robot’s mass superhero murder outside of showing that he’s evil now. The argument that they give is that they might rise up against him, but the only reason Immortal and co. end up fighting him is because Robot killed their friends. So many characters that eventually side with Robot even admit that the only reason to fight him would be for revenge, because he really had made the world better. We have no reason to believe that if Robot had implemented his plan without the “kill my friends” step, he wouldn’t have succeeded with his utopia.
Let’s be honest, the kid totally deserved it.
It was also really fantastic for comic readers. So many scenes I was excited to see packed into one episode.
Marvel hasn’t been in freefall, it’s just been extremely inconsistent. It went from Wakanda Forever (good) to Quantumania (bad) to GOTG 3 (very good) to Secret Invasion (bad) to Loki Season 2 (good) to The Marvels (Middling? I haven’t seen it).
But I do agree on the main point - “superhero fatigue” is BS.
He mentions in the comics that he felt bad for John Wilkes Booth because he technically didn’t kill him but was still the subject of a manhunt.
The shipping is going to go crazy
